    We contracted this company for landscaping, at which point they broke an office window. They said that they would pay for the damages however they have been dodging calls and have not settled the debt or replaced the broken property. I have called to speak with a representative, however when I call no one answers. This is unprofessional and to top it off the service they issued was less than satisfactory.

    We have tried to reach out to UMC on multiple occasions to get this taken care of for them. We have been working on this since before August of 2022. I have attached the quotes we have received as documentation that we were not ignoring any requests.  I was originally in contact with *** at UMC and he is no longer there. The next time we heard from UMC was through this complaint. We do not have any call history, emails or texts on our end from *********************. However, immediately after we received this complaint we have contacted ***** and set up the work to be done through *********. I believe this has been solved and I have attached a screen shots of the conversations between ***** and 5280 trees as more documentation. Based on the beginning, end and only text messages we have in our history, ***** seems willing to take the negative review down.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can provide to solve this issue and to have this review taken down
