    On November 3, 2022 I reserved a cabin for this summer, July 28-August 1 at the mlazyc ranch in Lake George, CO. I deposited $453.58 with them to hold the Settler cabin. I also reserved the RV site #18 for the same time period. I deposited $116.02 for that space. March 25, 2023 I wrote to cancel our reservations. We could not use the time. The invoice I have details that I would receive 100% of my deposit if I cancelled more than 30 days out. March 15 was more than 3 months out. I have written them email 3 times and called 3 times to cancel and ask for the refund. I still have not heard back. Emailed March 25, April 13, April 20, May 4 and June 18. On April 20, they confirmed our cancellation but failed to send a refund. This is the email I received from them, but no refund was on the way. One team member had an emergency this week but I should be able to find out more in the next few days. Thank you for your patience. Lucero This was an email I sent April 5, 2023 Dear Administrator I hope you have had time to review the two statements I sent you on Monday. The RV site #18 statement is copied below. Therefore, the $116.02 paid on December 13, 2022 for the RV site for July 28 through August 1 invoice no. 00002664 should be returned in full $116.02. Also, the down payment for the Settler Cabin $453.58 for July 28 through August 1 paid on 11/03/2022 Booking No. 3353 should be returned in full.
