  I have used Affordable ************ several times. I have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable about tree care The work I have had done was completed in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Affordable ************ and will use them again for any tree issues. ************

  Written 04/29/2024-date of incident:Four years ago, we had contacted Affordable Tree Services LLC because we have a big tree problem in our backyard and after research we determined they were the best fit and most qualified for the job. We had no idea what the price would have been so they came to our house to check out the situation and give us a proper quote. The quote was way out of our price range, given we were also not in the best financial situation and we unfortunately had to turn down the service. We could not afford it. Fast forward to present time, we are doing much better financially, in a position to afford our initial quote along with any increase, and decided to reach out again so that our trees in our backyard could finally be taken care of and get cut down. ***** came, took a quick look at our backyard/trees, and told us that four years ago he was going to do the job but that we didnt want to, to which we replied that we didnt have the money back then, thats why. ***** then said, oh and shortly after he said he wont be doing the job and to find someone else to do it. We find this behavior appalling and incredibly disrespectful. This is no way to treat/speak to customers. We had established that we were not able to proceed with the service due to finances but that does not mean hold a grudge against a customer for four years, waste everybodys time, only to be told that he wasnt going to do the job because we didnt accept four years ago, and to go find someone else. He then still proceeded to hand us his business card, which we find as mocking/disrespecting us because why would he give us his business card right after he said he wont work with us? Avoid these people at all costs, anyone providing a service to customers should behave in a professional manner and have maturity overall/behave in a mature manner and be respectful of customers, especially since we did nothing wrong.   I'm sorry I came across as rude and inconsiderate. Previously you wanted trees in the backyard removed and we could have done that at that time. Now, with your request to have the live elm over the parking shed removed, I honestly felt that you would be better served with a Bucket Truck, something my company does not have.  I hope you can find a company that will meet your needs. ~*****
