- Hardware Exchange: Charge for re-installation of any software or re-installation in laptops. Hardware Refund: Non-tampered with by user or other technician. with in 30 days freight paid by customer. Refund by mail after diagnostics. If hardware diagnostics prove no equipment failure a 30 percent service fee for return to stock will be subtracted from the price of the hardware. Service contracts divided by months issued and refund of unused months after on-site service or other setup services are subtracted from the total amount of service.
