    I tried to cancel my order of a large capacity tube bird feeder several hours after placing it. I actually wanted to replace this with a comparably priced item. My cancellation was via phone followed up by an email. I assumed I didn't hear back because this all took place on a Sunday. So on Monday morning I tried contacting the company again by both phone and email, repeating my message that I did not want this particular feeder but would be glad to purchase a different item. When there was again no reply, I followed up on Tuesday saying that at this point I no longer wanted an exchange, just a cancellation. "Do not send the feeder to me", I clearly stated. A week later the unwanted item arrived. I did get to speak with a very nice customer service rep at *********************** which was the company that actually shipped the feeder to me. While she was unable to directly help me, she was appalled by my story and suggested I open a dispute case with my credit card company, which I have done. I want to send the feeder back, but am reluctant to do so since I am dubious about getting a refund. Plus I shouldn't have to pay return shipping costs. Do business with Wild Bird Store Online at your own peril!
