    Purchased a 6.4L hemi conversion and other Jeep parts and had them install them. The engine keeps over heating. This has caused four thermostats to go out. This is caused by Trailjeeps leaving the stock radiator in the truck and not upgrading the radiator when they installed the engine. This has caused extra money and time because of Trailjeeps not installing the correct radiator. He said he ordered this and I waited for 5 months. Then he proceeds to tell me he is not going to pay for it and never ordered it. He is full of lies. I have the text to prove it.

    At time of the purchase (three to four years ago) this Hemi conversion DID NOT include an aftermarket radiator. Instructions from the conversion provider said to reuse the factory radiator. I did say that I would order (the now available after market radiator) but never did I say I would pay for it as we installed the converison with all supplied parts at the time. We did not leave out a supplied radiator.

    I need to be reimbursed for the radiator that I purchased and install along with the 4 thermostats that went out.  ****** said he ordered it and would install it.  I waited 6 to 7 months and then ****** told me he didnt order it and hes not gonna cover it.   If you talk to any other Hemi builder that installs engines aftermarket, you have to supply an aftermarket radiator to handle the heat of the engine builds to get the correct cooling.  
    Westons explanation makes no sense at all. Pay me my money.
