It's troubling given the subsequent dismissal of the instructor, highlighting the inadequacy of services.Attending subpar classes and expressing dissatisfaction was met with mockery. The instructor's departure emphasized service inadequacies. Equally concerning is ******** lack of inquiry into my sobriety, reflecting poorly on the organization's commitment to client well-being.While acknowledging unpaid fees and my dismissal due to financial constraints, the subsequent ban imposed by ****** is highly disproportionate. It questions the organization's ethical conduct and customer satisfaction commitment.Expressing concerns about service quality shouldn't result in punitive measures like being banned. This ban contradicts fair business principles and warrants a thorough investigation into **** **************'s conduct.I am seeking a complete refund, excluding the last class with different instructors due to the original teacher being replaced and concealed.This matter needs comprehensive examination, addressing service issues and punitive actions against a dissatisfied customer. Despite operating online, they neglect customer complaints and exploit those obligated to take classes with them.
