      I had a crew come 2 months ago to do some yard work and tree removal from Precision Tree and Turf in ****************, and, after they were completed with the job and I was told by the crew leader that if I had any issues to contact them, I have made multiple attempts leaving messages for the owner on his mobile phone as well as the office phone number in the last 2 months to try to seek a resolution on my own regarding the fact that their truck dumped a huge pile of liquid oil or gas staining my driveway but to no avail.

      I spoke with ***** as soon as I was made aware today. I know she has called multiple times and did not get a return call. I am trying to determine how that happened. I know she called two different numbers and neither one goes to me. *** asked my staff to search their records for her calls. I am so sorry we did not respond in a timely manner. There is no excuse for that. The spot on the drive is over a foot in diameter and we are hoping to diminish it with a power spray and scrub brush and are currently researching if there are any other methods that might also help. I hope this will result in a resolution with ***********
