  I wouldnt buy anything from them.!!! They lie. I have had nothing but trouble getting my shed. Install date was a lie, then when he came he didnt have all the parts, since then they made me sign completion for warranty purposes. I put on it it wasnt complete and what was missing. They ignored it. Ive called 10 times since and asked about it and when I will get the parts installed and they set up 4 appointments that were a lie! No show no call, nothing! I called the installer and he said he was never told to come on any of them! Im still waiting for the rest of my shed! Was told that an email was sent to manager and still waiting! Dont buy anything from them! Unless you want to get lip service and lied to!

  I wanted Hickory shingles. I told the salesman that I wanted Hickory shingles .He sold me a different shingle that said that they're looked like the Hickory when they installed it one of them came loose, They're paper thin. I don't understand why they wouldn't sell me the Hickory Shingle. I've called Them twice and haven't heard back from anyone. ***************************** A Dissatisfied Customer.

  I purchased my Tuff Shed model at the Ramsey, ** location from Chark Y. I was very impressed with his professionalism and product knowledge. He was transparent regarding the options, clearly identified the value of upgrades and building tiers, and facilitated a comfortable buying experience.After the sale, the Tuff Shed customer service team remained in regular contact and offered me opportunities to re-evaluate my purchase, options, and colors. I am excited for the installation.

  I was excited to get a 10x12 shed built and have to say the time line worked great for my needs and the sales guy seemed very eager to help. Then the issues started.. I told them I would have to reschedule since I had to remove a tree to get it in the best location, They said if they rescheduled it would be several months later, I rushed to have the location ready in time but said I would need a door replaced to fit the location. That didn't seem to be a problem until they did the install. The crew was great and very fast and talked me through everything but there were items missing and they sent the wrong door. once the crew got to a point they couldn't go any further they let me know they would be back with the trim and to seal the shed, they also didn't have the warranty/serial number card to install. Next thing I know they are gone and I get an email about signing documents saying everything was completed. I called and never heard back from my sales rep and finally called the name on an email I got from scheduling. I let them know the shed was not complete and parts were missing. They said it was a warranty issue and they may send a crew 4 weeks later. I had to go purchase and install my own door and still have heard nothing back from them about the remaining install and return of the wrong door. Sad part is I had planned on buying a second shed from them when this one was completed but since they don't seem too concerned with finishing the first one I can't see spending more money with them. Honestly I would rather return everything at this point. I would not recommend this company.

  Worst Customer Service ever! We had our install on 11/7/2021, purchased our own paint, was not refunded the amount the Sales Rep said we would be, originally we chose their paint so they charged us but the colors were too far off. Then they installed the unit crooked on our professionally installed cement pad, and painted only one coat of paint leaving heavy scratches, and exposed wood. They scheduled with my Mother in Law to come back 4/7/2022 to complete the paint. 6 MONTHS AFTER INSTALL! Never showed up, never called us to reschedule so when I called them the CSR yelled at me saying "we got a new system, how do you expect us to know all the appointments we had scheduled!", then hung up on me. Needless to say we have now had 4 different appointments scheduled for them to come complete the job and not once have they called or shown. 2 stars is for the shed itself, we imagine it would be nice if installation was complete, and what we paid for.
