    In the summer of 2003 **** ***** (owner of Crackerjack) came out and gave a bid to lift our patio. He was polite and professional explained that the lift would include a 2 year warranty. Crackerjack completed the work, however this summer additional work was needed.I contacted the company and **** came out to look at it and said they would return to repair it. The work crew did return, however on that afternoon it started to rain and they said it would need to be done another day and **** would call us to reschedule.**** has never called, and we have called Crackerjack and left a voicemail on ****** phone four times requesting follow up and repair as promised.I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and the failure to honor the warranty. I would appreciate immediate action to resolve this issue. I trust that Crackerjack will stand behind it commitment and make the necessary ********* have been waiting approximately 2 1/2 months for a return call.
