5 starsThey were priced fairly and accurately with their estimates and work was very efficiently. Workers were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up better than I anticipated. 5 stars******* came out and gave me a free quote. I decided to with Bullard Tree Care because ******* listened to my questions and his quote reflected those questions. He recommended trimming several trees that weren't on the quotes I received from two other companies. His team communicated very clearly. They scheduled three appointments: 1. to remove dead aspen and trim hackberry trees; 2. to grind the aspen *****; 3. to trim fruit trees in the winter when they were dormant. He arrived on time, did all of the promised work and left the yard looking great. I can't wait until this winter so I can see what the fruit trees look like after his services!Review fromJorge Q

5 starsI have had the below services completed by Bullard Tree Care. In all of my experiences the communication was good, the price was competitive, and the work was completed within the expected time frame. In addition to tree care they also offer some landscaping services, which I have had done. At the beginning, I was impressed with the prompt communication from Bullard and the process to schedule an estimate. However, after receiving a confirmation text on the day of the scheduled estimate, the arborist was a no-show even after the provided window came and went. After waiting another hour, I replied to the text message to let Bullard know that I would no longer consider them for services as no updates were received.After leaving a review on another platform about my experience, Bullard resorted to name calling by calling me a "character". Though they were accurate about me not being a customer, it was evident that ********************** did not care about future customers when they call them names and fail to provide updates about a scheduled estimate and their teams fail to show up.
