    Several months before our contract renewal, I attempted to cancel the agreement through phone, email, and website chat. Despite my repeated efforts, the company was completely unresponsive.Eventually, I managed to reach someone in the accounting department via email. They assured me that the cancellation would be handled, but after numerous follow-ups, they too stopped responding.Months later, our account was sent to collections. Adding to the frustration, their sales department continues to send us renewal notices, even though I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their contact list.

    This appears to be a bait and switch by Conga. To this date they are unable/unwilling to deliver their product as promised after receiving our full payment. I will outline the timeframe and attempts to resolve this issue below. As of today I am unable to reach anyone at Conga. For reference my complaint is with Conga, we are ASG, our database is i360.10/18/21 Discovery and scoping call w ************************* 10/20 quote provided, doc 1 10/22 Demo product, I asked if any money back guarantee, told there is not but there would be no issues with our solution 10/25 ASG signed order form and provided database info to begin integration 10/27 Rcvd invoice for payment, product not yet functional 11/8 Product just installed into database 12/9 ASG found setup not functional, created ticket #******** 12/10 Zoom call w *******************************. She was looking into issue 12/13 ASG paid full invoice after any demands from Conga even though product non operational 12/14 Conga advised we check with i360 on issue 12/21 Zoom call, recommended same. Submitted ticket to i360 12/22 i360 states they can not sustain integration as Conga had promised. As the developer Conga would have known from the start.1/7/22 i360 closed the ticket as the issue was solely on Congas side 1/27 Contacted Conga re above 2/2 Followed up after no response 2/7 ***************************************** replied and fwd my complaint to Renewals Mgr 2/9 *********************** looped in, I asked for a call to discuss 2/10 ***** stated he needed to connect me with different team 2/14 *********************** scheduled a zoom for 2/16 2/16 **** advised I submit another ticket to Conga, I did so. The response was that the issue I was having was beyond the scope of Conga abilities and they would need to discuss is Conga can support my use case.Continued in document Complaint doc 1, ran out of space here.
