      While the trip we had was good, the absolute lack of transparency on Kimkims part for pricing is appalling and marred the overall experience. When I asked our travel specialist for a breakdown after doing some legwork after we received our hotels and activities and seeing the actual cost was 30-45% at most of what we paid, I was told that they could not provide a breakdown, just a total cost. A hotel and the car rental company actually gave us invoices with the pricing and it was much different than the percentages that Kimkim said went into the total cost plus their fee. Same with the activity pricing that we saw when we went to the distilleries and tours. I should have requested a breakdown of the cost before we paid for the trip, but I did not think that the amount would be so egregiously different from the prices I found and what was on the invoices. Do not get sucked in by the flashy marketing this company does and the personalized trip plans, this company is absolute highway robbery. You are 200% better off planning your trip yourself and saving yourself SO much money.

      My best friend, my dog, and I took an unforgettable road trip through **********, all thanks to our incredible travel specialist ***! From the planning stages to the actual trip, ***'s attention to detail, expertise, and personalized touch truly made this trip one of the most fun and special trips I've ever been on :)We traveled from ******************** to ************* up the Pacific Coast Highway, stopping at the most beautiful beaches along the way! One of the highlights of the trip was our whale-watching tour in Monterey Bay. *** made sure to book us on the best cruise company, where we were fortunate enough to see WHALES!! along with dolphins and seals :) It was INCREDIBLE! The crew was fantastic, providing insightful information and answering all our many many many questions :)***'s excellent recommendations for hikes and lookout points allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty of ********** (this was my very time there), and even helped us find some less crowded and dog-friendly spots to enjoy! He was also incredibly responsive and supportive during the entire trip, checking in regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and providing timely solutions to any unexpected changes or issues. Our kayaking tour was canceled due to wind, but *** jumped in immediately and provided us with tonnssss of options!I can't thank *** enough for putting together this unforgettable trip. The memories we made on this trip will last a lifetime (the tattoos we got in ******************** also will LOL)! Thanks a million, ***! You're the best <3

      paid over $30,000 to have a trip planned to europe this summer for my family of 5. after +3 months of waiting for plans to forwarded and made, we are 12 days from leaving ******* with nothing planned. I already bought our international tickets to and from europe. that is clearly stated in their website. However, all travel within the european countries were are visiting are still up in the air. we don't have any confirmed train tickets, ferry boat tickets, airplane tickets. We were promised guided tours of various local sights and attractions. No names, telephone numbers, times/dates to meet up with tour guides. All their wording on the various cities were are visiting are all cookie cutter verbiage. We I specifically asked for dates/times/locations....I'm told that travel agent is "working with the vendors"! WHAAAT!. For OVER 3 months they have been working with local vendors?!?! They gave me names of hotel that they said they have booked for us.....BUT when I ask for confirmation numbers for our reservations, I can't get any. Customer support is useless. they just **** off the responsibility or blame someone else. There is no accountability within the organization. Their excuse is "it's someone else problem". BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! CEO says he used to work for Trip Advisor. must have been their janitor....his company knows nothing about how to arrange overseas travel for client!!
