      I sent a package sent from this *** store (************************** // BBB has the same store number listed for ******* Road Store) in June of 2022, the package was lost in transit and I filed a claim through the store. After ***** calls between both corporate *** and this store, I was finally able to get the claim approved. I received a notification that the claim was paid on Oct 31, 2022. I called the UPS store and they stated that while yes they did receive payment from corporate ***, the owner of the store had to write me a check personally from the store account. I have called both stores that this particular owner manages ~ 10 times in an attempt to reach the owner and come pick up my check. Every time I'm told he is at "another store" or "out of town". I have asked that the check be mailed to me and they said that the owner doesn't like to do that and I had to come in personally to whichever store he may be at. I have called both stores that he may be at which both said he was at the other store. I have even emailed both store accounts in an attempt to reach the owner.

      This complaint is about a different location owned by a different group. I spoke to the customer and he has resolved the situation with the company in question.
