Patches & Pets is a small family owned business in Aspen, Colorado.  Each hat has been handmade for you.  You may return any hat that has a material defect.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.  If there is an issue, we ask that you please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.  Thank you for your understanding.
