Jefe's did a great job installing a new antenna, waste water valves and fixing a water leak.

Apr. 2023 we took our DRV 5th wheel to Jefe's RV Svc. to #1 - have lithium batteries installed & the inverter recalibrated & #2 - wheel bearings repacked & new dust *********** caps installed.. #3 - Upon pick up of our rig, we are told that it has been scratched & Lon at ****** RV has been contacted about the repair. #1 - Invoice said battery functions had been tested & were working as designed. They were not. #2 - Invoice said it was an "oil bath" system. DRV has not used oil bath since before 2015! Our rig is a 2021!! #1 - Jun 14 back to ck. install of ***************** are found that were missed... & #4 - our rig is scratched AGAIN!! ****** RV has already been contacted & since they are closing, will get us in asap. #5 - We were also having Jefe's replace the kitchen sink & build a small linen closet. The sink turned out great, but the closet door did not close properly & was pointed out to them. The man who did the work was very apologetic & said he would correct it. We had trips planned & he said to let him know when we were back. #4 - back to ****** RV for 2nd repair & we end up with paint that looks like orange peel. Take your trips & bring it back when done. Take it in after our trips & the back a/c cover is blown off in high winds (??) & then when *** is backing it into the paint bay he destroys the back a/c. He contracts Jefe's to install the new a/c at his expense. When Jefe's did the install, he did not turn the power off & blew the thermostat. During conversations with *** & then Jefe, they wanted us to take it back to Jefe to repair. After everything that has happened & all the money that we have had to pay, we were not going to take the chance. Dealing with them is way too costly! Went to Jefe's to resolve closet door issue & when he walked in & saw us he said "didn't think I'd be seeing you two again." I said "are you having a bad morning?" Not enough characters to give all the details. This is a nightmare!!!

**** tried to steal my RV. I am a travel nurse and I live in my rig. I was in an accident on my way to Colorado and asked **** to handle the collision repair (gray tank and underbelly work). I asked **** to also write up an estimate for later service on some maintenence issues I would run through an extended warranty plan. **** messed up my insurance claim and **** through a shouting tantrum. I reassured him I have a good job and could still pay out of pocket for my eventual second repair to try to calm him down. After dropping the rig off, I got a text from a tech letting me know he was disassembling my skylight and asking whether I wanted to replace just the inner or outer skylight. This had NOTHING to do with my collision repair, so I told the guy to stop and just do the collision repair work I had already received insurance funding to complete, and I later received a ranting email from **** informing me he had taken a statement that I make good money as permission to do all the repairs, even though I told **** repeatedly for months I couldn't afford to do all the repairs at once - even before he lost me my warranty claim! After I delayed the maintenance repairs, **** sent me texts demanding that I pay $3000 more than the agreed-upon repair costs. When I indicated I would take him to court, **** sent me texts indicating I must bring him $7500 IN CASH to his property (like...in a briefcase or something) or he would keep my rig!Of course, I contacted the police. Three very nice officers came down and informed me that if **** would not accept my card and return my property, I could press felony theft of a motor vehicle charges. It took literally hours, but the police eventually escorted me to my rig and I left with my vehicle. **** was sending me threatening messages the whole time ranting about how he was going to bleed "every red cent" out of my bank account and nothing the police said would convince him otherwise. I'm sitting at home in my rig right now.
