    am filing a complaint against Solguard Window Tint located at ***************************************, for deceptive pricing and unprofessional behavior. I scheduled an appointment based on a quoted price, which they later refused to honor.I initially contacted the business via text to inquire about ceramic tint pricing for my two front windows. They stated the regular price was $120 but offered a special price of $80 for that day. Since I wasnt available, I asked if I could still get the $80 price for an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. They confirmed I could, and I scheduled for Monday, February 17th, at 11:30 AM.Before my appointment, I reconfirmed the $80 price, and they assured me it was still valid. Upon arrival, the receptionist even confirmed it with the detailer before the work began. However, despite multiple confirmations, they later refused to honor the agreed price and attempted to charge me more. When I pointed this out, they dismissed my concerns and refused to honor the deal.Their response was not only dishonest but also highly unprofessional. When I questioned the price change, I was met with disrespectful remarks such as:Shop around, my price is the lowest. And its time to get out of your ************ snooze, you lose!This treatment was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The business engaged in misleading pricing tactics and then resorted to rude, dismissive behavior when held accountable.I am requesting that the BBB investigate this business for deceptive pricing and poor customer service. I believe consumers should be warned about their dishonest practices to prevent others from experiencing the same issue. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with them as evidence. Please let me know if further information is needed.
