    I ordered a security camera from this company. I was sent 2 emails - one thanks for your purchase and we will email you when you order ships. No response at all. when I try to track the order - says unknown. The money was withdrawn from my account on Dec. 11th. 22. I want a refund, this is a scam

    placed internet order for a set of 2 light bulb security cameras on ******** I have not received any response to the emails and phone calls I have made to find out why my order is not visible and I cannot determine it's status. My charge card account has paid and I would like to cancel this order and receive a refund. Reviews show this company is a fraud, and I am sorry to find out this way. Can you help? I don't have order number or transaction information.     I never received this item from this company and the postal service can't find it. It's a ****** I looked online that you guys even said it's a frog. I don't know who to go to to get my money back or what but here is the ******** ******* XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
