      ***************** of UplandLoudspeaker service has two of my speakers which he was suppose to repair and return to me within few months and also charged me $534.88 on September of 2023. To date I have not received my speakers back or my refund. It also cost me $45 to ship my items to him. I have called him on numerous occasion and he always had an excuse until he started to ignore my calls leaving me no choice but to file this complaint. Should no resolution comes out of this I will have to take ********************* to court.

      I sent Ken my 2 JBL K120 speakers for recone and full service on January 2021. I paid him 670USD. It is now April 2023, and I don't have speakers or even a refund. Every time I call, he says it'll be shipped in two weeks. Hasn't happened yet. Not sure why he ghosted me. I admired his work and repairs, but this experience has been very unprofessional. I've been scammed.

      Sent speaker in for repair on 9/3/21, made payment via Zelle of $345 on 10/13/21. Communication via Facebook message and 1 phone call. Have not received speaker. Multiple buyers on seller's Facebook page complaining of delays of over 1 year. Seller does not respond to messages.

      The jbl forum regarded *** from upland speaker repair to be THE GUY to repair vintage jbls. i contacted him about repairing a vintage set of jbl k120s out of a 66 twin He said he could fix them and i sent them to him. On 3-31 2022 i paid 713.00 dollars and he doesn't answer the phone or emails. On june27 he said he would get to Them that week.Just tried to messenger him and got a computerized reply. need my speakers back its been too long. I would like him to finish them and send them back or refund my money and send them back unfinished with a refund minus shipping.Not badmouthing ken just need my stuff back

      Sent two vintage JBL speakers to Upland Loudspeaker Service for a full service restoration in January and February, 2021. *** ***** is not responsive to phone calls or emails requesting an update. After four attempts at contacting ***, he responded in July, 2021 stating that he was two to three weeks away from completion and stated that he would send a pay pal invoice when nearing completion. In October, 2021, *** sent me a PayPal for invoice of $614.00 invoice which I promptly paid in full. Between October, 2021 and January, 2022, I emailed *** five times and called him twice with no response. Finally, in January, 2022 *** responded to my emails and stated that he would finish them the following week. Since then, I have emailed *** four more times with no response.
