    I hired a guy named ***** a year ago today Dec 13 in 2021. I found him very difficult to communicate with. I signed a 1 year guarantee on all parts and labor on existing wiring in place for my 14 cameras at my residence. He was cordial, patient and did a whole days work. We even drove over to my local bank so I can give him a cashier's check for deposit of $1,625.00 (a $25 tip) of a total cost of $3,200.00. Now come July 10th 2022 when my car was broken into I noticed one of the cameras was distorted. I called ***** to let him know. he guessed that it was probably by "condensation." Huh? The camera was under the eve of *****************. Hasn't rained in months. It took him about 2 weeks to come by and when he did he had a camera he was hoping was "compatible". But it wasn't and said it's difficult to find the same model as mine and will be awhile. Huh? I find out the new camera was not in number sequence **** between my phone and computer. I reached out to *****. Now it's SEPTEMBER and I have trouble getting him to walk me through it over the phone or stopping by. He needs better communication skills. He'll say he'll "be there tomorrow". I'll say what time? He'll say "before 5 pm." Huh? Then he tells me I have Covid19. Okay after 13 days later no word from him. I call and he says call his Technician center along with a phone number. I contact them to tell them the issue(s). I ask if I can get another camera guy or talk to his supervisor? They said unfortunately no. ***** says to do the job if he has to take out any TOOLS he'll have to charge me a SERVICE call. Huh? Oct ** XXXX he was supposed to be at my house at 11 am. At NOON he calls and says he's in HEAVY traffic. At 12:07 pm I call him and I never heard from him again. To sum it all up he'll be readily available to receive your money but getting him to follow up on any issues under warranty is not his thing because he is the ONLY go to guy, Just to think I tipped him $25 for all my headaches.
