    I played a phone game, *** rivals. Its a football game & the better players you have the better your team is. At 1st, I was skeptical to make online purchases bc of nightmares. Went ahead and made purchases against my better judgment. Made several buys. Some of the purchases I did cancel or click off & got charged for it anyways. , it went thru anyway. . I checked my credit card a couple days later I noticed the amount was a lot higher. Called my ********** told them some of these charges were unauthorized. What happened then this game called *** rivals they locked me and banned me for my account. At this time I have spent over $1,100. Some of that amount was unauthorized. There was no one 800 number only email. I got a hold of mythical games via email and a *** told me that I needed to call my cc card. Tell them that Im gonna go ahead and pay for these unauthorized charges and get proof that I will pay for it, submit the docs to them and they will reassess my account. Even though I didnt buy some of the stuff, I didnt want to lose everything that I already invested in this game. I made a decision to go ahead & eat the charges. I submitted proof back to them and 2 days later I got an email saying , Were sorry, we decided to LOCK & BAN your account permanently. All the work I did, after all the money I spend ************ still went ahead and locked my account forever. I did everything I was supposed to, I took the charges that were on authorized & paid for them. Ive sent them email saying please. Can you guys refund me my money? I cant play this game ever again. . No one responds back to me. Please be careful with this company. So Im out $1100+c lost all access to this game. Still have a credit card balance and lost my debit money as well. Everything that I did buy, I can never use again. Cant open email Do not do business with them. If theres 1 issue, theyll ban your account. **********************, mythical ***************** Rivals.

    I made an offer of $160.49 on an item through Mythical games Marketplace. The offer was accepted, but the item I received was the wrong item. I notified Mythical Marketplace Support and their response is that the offer I made I didn't put in the proper attributes, so I got the item I received. I replied back to support with screenshots, (attached), to show how I made the offer and I did the offer through the team helmet I made the offer for. The item I made the offer on is a Team squad for the *** Rivals game which is done with helmets. The helmet I made the offer on is a Titans #7, but the helmet I received was a Jaguars #7. Mythical games support insists that I didn't have the right attributes and what I got matched the attributes. Again, I opened the helmet I wanted, got to the offer page and made the off directly through the helmet I wanted, so there should not have been any reason for me to get the wrong helmet. All I'm asking is to get the helmet I paid for and they can take the wrong helmet back. I've attached the email with all the communication between myself and Mythical Support.

    I requested my account to be canceled contacting Mythical Games from my own email address, and I received the attached response to verify that I'm my own account owner. Despite that I contacted them from the same email address, and I can prove it to you, I received something that asks me about my public IP address and my birthday, and I'm not comfortable providing this information to this shady company. I'd appreciate if you help have my account permanently deleted from their systems

    Mythical Games started a new app called *** Rivals. I have contacted the support team many times regarding many different issues, and the only response I get is we are looking into you issue thanks for your patience.There is a difference between patience and lack of effort to try and resolve an issue. I am missing in game rewards (Film Point) that I won fairly and the game just never sent out the reward. This is an in game issue that they should fix. I have talked to countless other community members who have had the same experience and issues with the support team, or lack there of.See attachments.
