    I pay a ***** international calling plan. They offer and promise unlimited international calls, texting and domestic calling. Every month, the block you from making calls saying that the "maximum number of dialed phones has been reached". The plan is unlimited and I do not call every day or excessively. Then EVERY MONTH I have to spend hours with ***** service unblocking the phone plan to be able to use and get the service I was offered. My days off are often spent with *****.

    Date of payment for service:May 9th, 2024 Amount paid $50 Was told service would be good for 60 days until July 7th, 2024 Service ended on May 10,2024.I was THEN told I used up all the data and need to purchase more to continue my service.I then asked for a refund. After getting the run around and put on hold several times, one rep then told me since I DON'T have an account set up with them in their App they can't process the refund. So I set up an account with her on the phone..then she told me I have to wait ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** there is NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE.. I will need to purchase more data. I then hung up and contacted the BBB to file an official complaint against the company

    my cell phone has not been working net10 had me shut off with error on the computer system even though i paid for service to have service thru november 8th, but still as of *** nov 3rd phone dont work it hangs up and cant get calls and data. its messed up, manager said would give me 1 month free til dec 8th 2023, but still no credit seen on my net10.com website for the $20 free month. and still phone doesnt work right. hangs ** in calls to net10 and to people i call or that call me. and text errors and data errors. not happy with this want my $20 free month plan put on that the manager promised me and again today when i called talked to irish she said she is putting the 1 month free til dec 8th plan for $20 to me, but i still dont see it on the computer system. said will call me back several times to fix my phone since last month still isnt done.

    I purchased a 300 minute Net10 wireless plan that is not compatible with iPhone X. I have been able to use Net10 wireless plans in the past and was not expecting this service not to be compatible. I called Net10 and asked why it is not marked what is compatible to avoid a hassle. I never received a reasonable answer.
