    About a month ago I received an email that I was past due on an invoice from Chunkhost.I pay once a year so I figured I had a card problem. I went in and added a new card and made a payment for $240 for a modest chunk with 4GIGs of RAM. So now I am paid up, but my chunk is not up, and the chunk controls are frozen so I cannot reset or re-image my chunk. I have been emailing support for the last month with no response. Basically I paid $240 and I am left with nothing and no recourse to do anything about it. I have been their customer for many years and they have never been like this before. It is like they all died and no-one has found the bodies yet. I guess its time to raise a complaint with PayPal.

    I pay this company for 2 virtual web servers, which they call "chunks". The first is a chunk with 8 gigabytes of RAM and a 160 gigabyte hard drive named "kgreene", and the second is a chunk with 4 gigabytes of RAM and a 60GB hard drive named "c5vegas".On November 21, I was billed $76, as is usual. $40 for kgreene and $36 for c5vegas. On November 26, I noticed that c5vegas was down, so I attempted to reboot the chunk using their built-in controls, and received an email that the chunk failed to reboot. I attempted a second time, and again, received an email that the chunk had failed to reboot. The email said that if I was having any issues, I could reply to the email and receive support. I did that, and received nothing in response. I sent their support email address a number of requests since then, and attempted rebooting the server on at least 5 separate occasions, all of which failed. Since November 26th, I have received ZERO communication from the business, outside of their automatic emails.I have removed my payment card from my account on their site as I will not be continuing service with them, but I feel I am owed a refund for the c5vegas server since it is and has been down since Nov 26th. 5 days of uptime is not acceptable for a month's payment, and ZERO response AT ALL is just plain unacceptable.
