      Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a dress for an event from this website. I paid $20 in express shipping for it to get here in time. The carrier ignored delivery instructions and the package was lost. Cider has REFUSED to refund me my shipping cost or the cost of the order. They are forcing me to use store credit but guess what? They will NOT refund the express shipping cost I paid for regardless of the fact that my order never arrived. So not only do I not get my shipping fee back, Im forced to shop from this god awful website again, and my order probably wont even get here because the carrier they choose to work with is useless. Save your time and money and shop local.
