      Paid this company to help build one of my businesses credit and they never completed the process. Never heard back from them.

      Hi *******, its good to finally hear from you and Muath! We tried to contact you both to discuss your concerns, however the number provided goes to a full voicemail &Muaths does not connect at all.

      Regarding the complaint detail, we had been reaching out to you for around 7 months and did not hear back from you or Muath at all during that time either by phone or email and we finally had to send you an email letting you know that we were archiving the account on 8/10/22. We very much wanted to help you guys succeed, and we did make progress, however its just not possible to complete the process when we have contact issues like we have had. We were working on another round of applications and never received any feedback after having processed the necessary address updates, etc.

      In Oct 2021 a prior BBB complaint was filed. When contacting you to resolve the concerns, we found out that the owner, Muath, was unaware a BBB complaint was filed. ***** stated he did not authorize the complaint and retracted it. 13 more communication attempts were made, both calls and emails leading up to 8/10/22 when we emailed advising that we were archiving the account since we were not able to get in contact and had not received any response in 7 months.Prior to that 1st complaint, there were in excess of 55 communication attempts by phone, email and text. Sadly, despite all that work, stopped short of completing the process due to the lack of contact as well as additional time put into update and merge requests to the bureaus due to address changes for your company. Despite the setbacks, we were still able to secure several 4 and 5-figure credit approvals, we would have liked to continue.

      Due to the many attempts made to get in contact, far over and above the terms of our program, we are not able to offer a refund of the discounted rate that was paid in August of 2019, however, we are happy to continue working if we are able to re-establish open lines of communication again.

      The Truebuild program offered me a chance to build my business credit and help me with my personal credit they said once I was done going thru the 3 layers they use to build your business credit I would be receiving a ****** dollar line of credit when I reached my 3rd layer I did everything I was told on my end but by the time I reached my 3rd layer the company started to give me the run around not answering the phone not replying to messages I have not talked to no one in months from that company I fill they just took my money and did not keep there end of the bargin

      Hello BBB!
      Getting this first notification of an unsatisfied client with no prior notifications from 3 months ago on a Friday at 4:30pm. We have called the client within a few minutes after hours to find out what happened and what we can do to solve any issues, a support manager in speaking to ***** says he is happy to move forward and we will be working with him next week to solve any issues with the client support teamwe work diligently to handle thousands of clients and work to achieve 100% client satisfaction but somehow just being notified that ***** was unhappy and we fell short and need to solve any issues in his business credit build ASAP,

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
