      December 18 2023 Monkey brains contacted me to schedule maintenance of their equipment. I was not able to be home during their hours the technician advised he could do the maintenance without me home but asked permission to go on the roof which I did for December 20th. The rains starting on January 16th leaked in same spot the technician had to access equipment. They did not advise they did any damage and just left it only for me to discover it a month later. I took pictures and video of cracked tiles and path made along with water damage inside. Of course all denied by the company of any wrongdoing or remedy of any kind.

      Our service started with Monkey brains internet on 10/12/23 when they installed hardware without our knowing consent, consisting of a dish mounted high on top of our roof. The service was inconsistent from them right away. The following dates and methods to resolve the inconsistency are: By phone on 11/6/23, and by email on 12/17/23, and 01/02/24. When trying to cancel our service they demanded an additional $100 fee to remove the unreliable hardware stating that if we had only contacted them earlier it would be free. We need the BBBs help to have Monkeybrains remove the hardware, return our roof to original uninstalled condition (they literally drilled holes in our roof so we are deeply concerned it will leak when this hardware is removed) and refund us the original installation fee of $115.
