    I purchased four software photo editing products but the first product purchase was made in November 2017. This was the Smart Photo Editor with Upgrade. Each of these photo editing products comes with a token that must be used to open and use the downloaded software.I have had continual problems opening my Smart Photo Editor; each time I have this problem, I try to open the software on my computer and am told to enter the token code to activate the software. But then I receive a message that the code is not valid.I typically email the company through the support page (************************************************) and then wait for the team to send me a solution. This typically occurs fairly rapidly, allowing me to use the software I purchased for ongoing photo editing projects.This morning, I tried to open my Smart Photo Editor application and the token would not work. I went to my login page on the company webpage and checked my software page to see if the token had change, but it had not. I filed a request for assistance, and did hear back fairly quickly. I sent the following message:Hello. I am trying to open my Smart Photo Editor and the token will not work. It says /"you have already used this token./" Now I am unable to use and edit my photos as before.This is the token that appears on my download page:SPE-730-483-507-625 What should I do?I tried to reinstall the application and the token still will not work. This happened before in the distant past.******************************* I then received the following reply:***** Hi *******, If you need to activate the software again please remove it from one of the computers you have it installed on now and let us know when you have done this.For information on how to uninstall the software please visit our website: *********************************************************** regards,***** Anthropics Technology I then immediately performed this action, but the software still will not load. I never heard back.

    The service at issue is unrelated to Anthropic PBC (www.anthropic.com), which is a AI safety and research company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The service at issue is related to a company named Anthropics.com and appears to offer photo editing software. The complainant has the wrong company.
