    On January 22, 2024 I hired **** Forensic PC to perform an autopsy after the death of my mother.I paid $6000 for the service including transportation for the body to and from the mortuary. The business agreement states that **** Forensic PC "is committed to the production and delivery of consultation reports in a timely and predictable fashion. The goal of the Consultant is to offer a complete consultation report to the Client within three (3) months of postmortem examination."On August 20 I was told the initial report was complete except for peer review, and it will be released in two weeks.On September *************************************************************************** two weeks. I then asked for a commitment, in writing, for when the autopsy report will be released.On September 26 an email from **** Forensic said they "have a goal date of Tuesday, October 1, 2024 for the report to be released to you."It is now October 6, 2024 and I have not received the autopsy report, nor have I received a response for my inquires on October 2, 3, and 4. I am very frustrated and hope that the BBB can help me. I want NAAG Forensic PC to send the autopsy report as soon as possible. It is urgent due to the statute of limitations to sue for wrongul death.

    On 08/022021 my Family and Hire NAAG Pathology Labs PC in ********* to provide us with an autopsy and the Results following my Moms Death(possible murder). My Family paid NAAG Pathology Labs PC $2800 to provide an autopsy and results. My family needs closure, and we have not been provided any results. On NAAG Pathology Labs PC Website it guarantees results within the two week timeframe or a full refund. My Mother's Name is ***************************************. Dealing with NAAG Pathology Labs PC has been a Frustrating, Stressful and Scary experience. Thank You for your help I do not know else to do. God Bless You.Sincerely *******************************
