    I was charged on November 24th 2023 for a partial payment paid by myself along with my employer, Tootris has no record of this transaction but the funds were removed from my account. I spoke with someone and received no response, no dispersal of payment, nor any refund. My childcare provider is threatening to end enrollment for my child due to the unresponsiveness of this business. Today November 28th 2023, I was charged two separate payments for different amounts than what was being disclosed on the Tootris application. I have been charged over draft fees that are not being covered by them because of the sporadic payments that are not being pre disclosed before taking out. I have not received any resolution and this is my 4th issue I have had with them not dispersing the payment or overcharging.

Historical transaction history records can be found under the "Payment History" tab, which we reviewed and found the record of your transaction here in question. Additionally, your child care provider has successfully received these funds for this 11/27 - 12/1 enrollment period.
