RevolutionEHR was supposed to transfer records to my business. Not only did this take longer than promised, they also transferred all of my patient records to another practice in the same town. There has been nothing done to resolve this issue, and they are now failing to return my phone calls. This has been incredibly detrimental to my business and the community. I am very disappointed in the company, the transfer, and their failure to resolve this weighty issue.

Complaint against ************** and its associated billing service (operating under various names including RevBilling and Chirotouch), which I have used as the practice management software for ************ business. My decision to sign up for their billing service was based on their assurances that they could efficiently replace my in-house ******, improve our accounts receivable, and benefit the business. But, my experience has been distressingly negative, marked by a significant increase in accounts receivable, a lack of payments from insurance companies, unauthorized charges, and extremely poor customer service. Issue Description: 1. Unlike improvement in our accounts receivable situation as promised, within 3 months of service use, my AR escalated from approximately $50,000 to nearly $300,000. This drastic increase severely impacted our cash flow, to the extent that more than half of the insurance companies had not made payments, forcing me to cease their services to avoid the inability to pay operational bills. 2. Unauthorized Charges and Lack of Service: Despite halting their billing services due to their incompetence, I continued to be billed monthly charges between $1,500 and $1,700. My attempts to communicate with RevBilling were met with silence; they neither acknowledged their faults nor responded to emails or calls. Due to the lack of response and ongoing unauthorized charges, I had to involve my attorney. During this period, I disputed the charges they continued to levy on my credit card. Threats and Professional Misconduct: I was contacted by ************************* from **********'s accounting department, threatening to revoke my access to Revolution EHRessential for patient management and business operationover disputed charges, despite my consistent payment for the practice management software itself. Payment history included. This situation risked my practice's financial stability and patient care, indicating potential illegality in RevBilling's conduct.
