    Wrongful termination.******** has been seeking retaliation since I called her out on falsifying documentation and not being able to fix property and/or being able to allocate funds for said repairs, as well as me having to file a claim with HUD for safety hazards and I have been getting harassed by my landlord ever since.. it is going on 2 years that I have been here and she has claimed I owe $1700 in back pay, one the eviction was issued, tried withholding my utility check as well as stating false accusations during my appeal for this third eviction. I have all documents, all emails, and recordings of my appeal as well as previous recordings. I have a 9 year old son, and I am in the middle of a pandemic like everyone else. And facing an eviction for MULTIPLE false accusations! I had an extremely hard time trying to file an appeal and was not responded to about the appeal until I called HUD and was still not able to do an appeal until almost a month later. However, once subpoenaed this week, it now states that I was being evicted for an assault and battery "charge", which is false. As well as the multiple infractions given to me by the landlord *************************.
