    Transaction date: 11/09/2022 I used We'Ve Got Mail to send documents (envelope) To Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico using DHL as carrier through We'Ve Got Mail. Paid the amount of $72.02 US Dlls., for the envelope to be shipped. Envelope arrived to Mexico's DHL office and the Birth Certificate of my wife was stolen and money worth $75 US Dlls. Office in Mexico admitted the wrong doing by worker. To obtain the Mexican Birth Certificate we spend over $900.00 Dlls. I made We'Ve Got Mail aware of the issue on 11/10/2022 and they put a claim with DHL Carrier for the amount of $400. Dlls. Since this date until today 03/03/2023, I was able to speak to the manager ****** ****** and found out that DHL had paid on the claim $6.59 Dlls for a lost shipment. DHL Loss Cargo Claim Waybill # 8921818150. DHL refuse to speak to me because I was not the shipper. I would like to get a reimbursement or agreement on the amount of the cost of the shipment and some money back from the lost Birth Certificate if it is possible due to the lack of communication and service I got from We'Ve Got Mail.     HI ****** MY NAME IS ****** ****** MANAGER TO WE'VE GOT MAIL.
    IN RESPONSE TO THIS LETTER I AM SENDING AN ATTACHMENT WITH THE LETTER THAT DHL SENT US ON 12/05/2022
    STATING THAT THEY WOULD ONLY REIMBURSE ***** ******** $6.59.
    I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CALL HIM ON HIS PHONE AND I LEFT MSGS, BUT HE WOULD NOT CALL BACK.
    THEN HE WOULD COME IN SAYING HE DIDN'T RECEIVE A PHONE CALL WHICH IS NOT TRUE.
     AND THEN HE WOULD COME IN AND HARASS US THAT HE WANTED HIS MONEY BACK.
    THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO MEXICO BUT HE IS SAYING HIS CASH HE SENT WAS STOLEN AND A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. I DON'T KNOW FOR A FACT IF IT WAS STOLEN OR NOT BUT WE DID PUT A CLAIM IN FOR HIM IN THE AMOUNT HE ASKED FOR BUT THEY DENIED IT AND OF COURSE WE LET HIM KNOW AND WE GAVE HIM A COPY OF THE LETTER.
    HE REFUSED THE $6.59 I WAS TRYING TO GIVE HIM 
    PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PROBLEM WITH MR ********
