    On August 18th, a Singh Disposal truck destroyed our retaining wall backing into our driveway. They also left several oil stains. I filed this with the contracting company, Budget Dumpster the following day.I received a response on September 13th that "Singh Disposal has been made aware of the issue at the time and have the images along with the information you provided. We have also supplied them with your contact number but if you would like to reach out at anytime please feel free at ************."On October 3rd I reached out because I heard nothing. I was told I would hear from them soon and that they would send a crew to clean the oil spill within a week or two. Over the course of the next few months, I called 23 times times, totaling just over 3 hours of call time according to my phone records. Almost every time being told I would get a call back. To date, I have received 4 call backs.After another month or so of having a destroyed stone wall in my driveway and no response from Singh, we hired a contractor to demo and repair the wall. It cost $2500.Finally on the last week of October, Singh asked to show the invoice for the repair.They quickly told me 'they did not approve the repair quote' and told me that they were not willing to pay for it in full. They never asked for a repair quote to being with but chose to use this against me. We went back and forth for another month, each time spending valuable time calling and being on hold as we fought to get the $2500, each time with empty promises of getting a call back. We eventually asked to settle at $2000 in mid-November but Singh stood firm at $1750. Now it's December, and on the 7th I called saying that we would settle for the $1750 if they would be willing to send the payment out by the end of the following week (Dec *****). I called on Dec 14th to check in and was told that it would take 2 weeks to process STARTING on that day, December 14th.
