    Terrible vendor with zero customer service. No phone number, email, or text line you have to do everything over chat. Chat *** ****** is a real piece of work, he deflects and lies to customers to keep them thinking they will get their items, and then they send out a portion of the order with items missing after months and just expect the customer to be fine with getting SOME of the items they ordered. STAY AWAY! This website is a scam ran by an absolute goon that says customers are dramatic, lol.

    Same as other. 3 months delay for an emblem. Never arrived, given tracking number that says it was delivered. DO NOT do business with this company.

    I ordered an emblem in January 2024. Was given a **** tracking after a couple of weeks but the package was not moving. A few weeks gone by and *** said the item was on backordered and should arrive in February. March 1, package hasn't moved. *** now said the item should arrived mid March. Now April, but no longer gettng a response from *** and tracking does not show package moving. I disputed with Paypal and after 10 days, got a winning judgement. I then checked tracking and now the item shows to have been shipped from ********. After tracking showed it to be delivered, I checked and nothing made it to my house. I went to the post office and they told me the package was addressed to someone else and some other address in the same city as mine. If the tracking was updated prior to ******'s judgement, I would probably have lost my money. Stay away from scammers!

    Ordered 2 emblems. Was given tracking that said delivered. Went to post office, they said that number belonged to an item for somebody rider, not my address. Emblems emailed when I complained and said the purify was on back order but magically just came in. I protested on PayPal but done it was a tracking number that said deliver, they wouldn't help. This is a scam company.

    Similar to everyone else here, I have been trying to get any response 15 days and nothing. I have tried their website chat, email, and texting to their support number. I wish I would have seen these BBB reviews prior to ordering. Definitely a scam and will take your money.

    I have been trying to get any response from *** for 60 days and nothing. I have tried their website chat, email, and texting to their support number (they state it is text-only support) and nothing. I ordered custom emblems on 11/12/2023 and it is 01/09/2024. I have not heard from *** since 11/17/2023 when he said my order would ship in a week or 2. These guys are a scam and will take your money and disappear. You have been warned!

    Was little hesitant in placing my order for Tesla Y emblems because of companies poor reviews. Was able to get quick responses from Dan to all my questions, so I took a chance. Glad I did, very pleased with the emblems I received.

    Dealt with Daniel too, what a joke of a person, he is so un-organized and confused his words ever time, whether he does it deliberately or not or is just messed up person. He doesn't offer great personal experiences and doesn't offer any reasonable solutions just a crass sarcastic offer.
