    OpenVPN customer support and technical help is not really helpful at all. We have used this product for a few years with no problems. When I went to renew this year OpenVPN recommended I switch to a subscription model instead of purchasing keys?? I did what they recommended but they were not helpful at all in switching from the licensing key we had to the new key. I requested help and after that all I got was constant emails saying they were closing my ticket because the issue was resolved followed by an email saying you need to update your license key. I asked them to work with our IT support to make this change happen and OpenVPN denied ever having contact with our support vendor even though we had email responses from them. They don't have a phone number you can call and they will not schedule a call to resolve issues, they just keep sending the same emails and not responding to questions. They also send out emails with links to the ticket that don't work and surveys to let them know if they resolved your ticket and the link doesn't work. Perfect, then they don't have to deal with your problem.
