  Advertised one price for the basic package of $15 charged my card $50 then attempted to do it again. There was no package that was $50 per month. Use another service thats free or is more reputable.

  *********************. Clickup makes their money by getting you to add your credit card when signing up for their website, even if you are looking to use their free features. There is no indication which features are free or part of their subscription in their program interface. In our case, what we thought we were building for free was somehow their Unlimited Plan" with four separate profiles and $336. Because they intentionally do not email any sort of membership or renewal confirmation, you will likely be unaware until you discover a charge on your credit card statement. They then have a strict 30 day refund policy, so you are quite literally set up to be scammed. We discovered it four days too late and were denied a ********* not work with this company. They are calculated about their shady business practices and prey on small businesses eager for help organizing their companies.

  ClickUp recently hit me with a $1,193 charge for a service we havent used in years, with no prior notice or warning that the charge was coming. I discovered this only when I saw the transaction on my credit card statement. To make matters worse, they processed this charge using an EXPIRED card that was still on file, catching me completely off guard.I reached out for assistance just a few days later, but ClickUps customer support refused to provide any help or refund, showing zero flexibility. Practices like this erode trust. When a company silently charges a significant amount on an outdated card, without informing its customers, it raises serious questions about their ethics.If youre considering ClickUp, Id urge you to think twice. They dont give heads-up about charges, and they clearly have no problem processing payments on expired cards. Proceed carefully; unethical billing practices like these can be an expensive surprise.

  They give absolutely no control to the consumer over their account. You can only add seats, they won't let you remove seats. Their customer service is solely aimed at getting payments, they do not acknowledge any questions or requests to change account settings. If you withhold payment to get their attention and to get some action from them they shut down all information so that employees cannot do their work. It's like being held hostage. Horrible company. Stay away from them, you will have to fight for your financial life to get free of them.
