    On April 20, 2025, I was charged $72.00 by CodeMonkey for a 1-year subscription that I did not realize was set to auto-renew. I canceled the subscription the following day, April 21, 2025, and promptly requested a refund via email. CodeMonkey denied the refund, citing a 5-day cancellation policy contingent on no "progress" being made. I clearly met the 5-day condition and asked for clarification on what "progress" was supposedly made. Since then, CodeMonkey has ceased all communication. I am seeking a full refund of the $72.00.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the delay in response and for the poor service you have received. We have dealt with it internally with the team and employee in charge of your case and their late response and communicaiton with you on the matter. 

    I am delighted to hear that this issue was resolved and that you received a full refund. 

    We will do all we can to improve our customer support service to make sure such things do not happen again.

    We thank you for your patience and hope that when the time comes you will give our product another try as we belive it is one of the best out there for kids.
