    Very unprofessional **************** and lack of transparency on cost breakdown in services.
    The contract was emailed to me. No one went over the terms of the contract and the office wasn't very helpful. They just wanted me to sign off on it and send it back to them.
    After a brief talk with the office manager, ********, I found out that they were only going to cap off the sprinklers rather than take them out completely. That was not acceptable. I told her I would take them out myself so I didn't have to worry about any future problems from leaks. I then asked if could I get some kind of discount on the work since I would be removing the sprinkler system and essentially prepping the ground making it easier for the crew to take out the grass and dirt. She was very **** and said no, "The contract stands as it is, with no discounts". I had several occasions to contact **. ***** during this time. Each time she was rude, including 3 times calling me by the wrong name, even though I corrected her each time. When I questioned what the $250 administrative fee was for, she again was not very forthcoming. She simply snapped that it was in the contract. Again, no negotiation or real explanation. After the job was done, an "inspector" showed up, spent 10 minutes, if that, took the checks, and just said you have a 1-year warranty would not answer any questions.
    I looked back over the contract and notice there was no breakdown of costs. My deposit didn't show. I had to manually do the math and realized it was under "Discounts" with no minus sign, what the rest of the discounts were, I have no idea. Therefore, I say there is no transparency.
    VERY RUDE OFFICE PEOPLE, WITH NO TRANSPARENCY and NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATIONS. The customer does much of the removal work and JNR STILL expects full payment. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, NOR CAN I HONESTLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. And Unless they hired all new people, their awards are underserved and just hype.

    This client had exhibited such rude, condescending behavior during calls with staff that we considered canceling her small contract.
    The calls were so far outside of typical interactions with our thousands of clients the company's owner was asked to review the recordings before moving forward with the client. After ten years in business and thousands of projects completed, Donna Ball is the second person to need her calls reviewed by upper management for being abusive.
    Fortunately for the onsite crew, the gentleman of the home was rather pleasant to serve and seemed genuinely pleased with the outcome of the small artificial grass installation.
    Our company has an outstanding reputation after completing thousands of projects due to our systematic focus on repeating quality workmanship with the best materials available. We serve our clients like no other; with a commitment to integrity. Unfortunately, when one serves the public daily, they are bound to encounter a person like Ms. Ball. We still wish her the best.
