I sent this email to the owner. It's easier than writing everyting out again.Hello. I am co-owner of box 566 at your S *********** location. I was there yesterday...I asked for a box that showed was delivered on Friday May 3rd. The gentleman at the front desk (*****...the one that is on Grindr all the time. Maybe if he wasn't on Grindr all the time he would be able to focus and give me my package which arrived on FRIDAY MAY 3rd...) went to check and said it had not arrived even though I had a notification that it had been delivered to "*****" at the front desk. ON MAY 3rd.I go back in today (May 7th...) and I ask about the box again because I had called Amazon and they said it was delivered. Someone named ***** told me that **** (the person who has had this account for almost 20 years...) had picked it up. I said that was not possible because **** is not in town. She then said...with RUDE ATTITUDE...that she was going to check the video camera footage. So now I am a LIAR too? She checked the foofage and OF COURSE FOUND NOTHING...all the while saying it was my fault and that they never received anything. I said I wasn't leaving till they checked again. So they check again...and WHAT A MIRACLE...they found my package. ***** then hands it to me...no sorry...no we made a mistake. All I got was a fake smile and attitude...just like always. ***** is always rude and distracted. Maybe he should concentrate on his relationship and stay off of Grindr so he can stay focused and do his job correctly. He may not have his *** soon...once I let his ****** know what he does all day. And *****...she chose to do the wrong thing and support him in his IDIOCY. So I cussed him out. He deserved it. I am POSITIVE this isn't the first complaint he's gotten. ***** made sure to say "F**k you" to me before I left. Classy chick...she must be employee of the month every month she's such exemplary employee. The box I needed and was told NEVER ARRIVED had medication in it.

We apologized for the inconvenienced, we found the package, I started to apologize, when you were screaming and cursing *****. You accused us of stealing your packages, we have never had a problem with you or with the other mailbox holder, if that was the case, what are you still doing business with us. And Amazon doesn't sell prescriptions, they sell supplements.
