We purchased a customised database from this company comprising Target Geography *********: Target ******************** Fields all stakeholders in the ****************** space with an example comprehensive list of the job titles in relation to the key decision makers we wanted to address Types of technology the hotels used: e.g both CMS and PMS, hotel room numbers Hotel and Hospitality Consultants: Names and other details The list had to be customised because of the technology details that we wanted .We were eventually delivered a list with lots of duplicates lots of irrelevant job titles and we went back to them and complained that the list was not fit for purpose. They provided us with a third list which is still out of date, has lots of duplicates, with little or no no accurate Technology information and now when we are calling people on the list we are finding many have left or the names are incorrect.**** have offered to correct again but we have lost trust and confidence in them. We think the business is a scam and we have lost approximately $7,000 AUS

We purchased a customer list from the company on April 27th, 2023. As of May 26th they have still not delivered the product and have no date as to when we can expect delivery. I have followed up via email and phone, being hung up on in the process. Immediately following the disconnected call, I received an email telling me to check my junk folder. There is nothing in the junk folder. I have requested delivery of the customer list or a full refund. At this point either option is acceptable.
