    I purchased merchandise from this company, they never sent a tracking number, they never responded to my emails, they never sent the merchandise.... I was scammed. My card was used immediately after for an **** in a different state. Cashapp refunded me for the **** charge, but not for the original order that I was scammed on. They have denied my dispute for MANY different reasons, and won't refund me for the original charge.

    This company has been stealing $19.99 from my Cash App card for the last 6 months. It says online that they're a payment processing company on one end... On another platform, it says it's a software company.... I don't know how they got my information, as I've never done business with this company in the past. I blocked the auto payments, once I figured out that they was taking money out of my account, but they got around even that, by putting an asterisk in the name, which allowed them to continue taking $19.99 out my account. I did file a complaint against them through CashApp, which only stopped the last transfer, but did not refund the other 5 drafts they did.

    1/6/2025 I was directed online to ****************************** via ******. I was searching for activation unlocking iOS 18. I read through the information this site gave relating to this topic. I downloaded the free app and nothing indictated to me that it had not supported ios18. Where this product was referenced was deep within this article. It had nothing to do with any other iOS systems. When I used it the free app was greatly limited in what it could do. I read that they claim satisfaction guarantee and a refund policy. I would had not paid for that had I known they would not honor the satisfaction guarantee. I purchased the one month subscription of $***** plus tax. (11:18pm) And when. I actually got to use the app, (11:30pm) turned out it was incompatible. This is deceptive and scheming practices this company engages in. This app is useless to me. I immediately contacted the company and they emailed me back 1/7/2025 notifying me that they refuse to refund me the money, inspite of me sending them the screenshot of their app's error message, deeming this app useless to me. no matter how unsatisfied I am with their product I amv deprived of my money. Had I known this, I would had never paid the money. My request happened within an hour of my paying the subscription fee of ***** plus tax. I sent along with this request screen shots of this error, how am I not entitled to a refund? This all transpired within 60 minutes of purchase with proof to their product not compatible with my device.. This request is not unreasonable considering this issue cannot be corrected or fixed by the company to make it compatible with my device.. Especially within the 30 days my $36.66 subscription paid for. If this problem/issue could/would definitely be fixed within 30 days I would not be requesting get a refund. Therefore, I am entitled to a refund no matter what excuses this company & representative ***** says.
