    If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company to work with. I received a defective voice recorder and am still struggling to send it back and get a refund. I was asked to send in ridiculous videos, such as a video of me plugging the device in with various cords, to "prove" it didn't work. Do not order anything from this company. Ever.

    I totally agree with these reviews. Took a survey for a "free" gift. By the time I was done, I had a charge of over a hundred dollars. I called. They said send back for a refund. This was in March. After numerous calls with promises of refund, yesterday, June 2nd, they told me that 30 days had passed and they don't make refunds after 30 days. These people are scammers and crooks.
