    On 8/12/2022 a Aba counselor came to render service to a autistic child that I care for in my home. He went in child’s bedroom and sat on his bed, once sitting down the bed broke. Counselor said they will have a bed out to me that same night but failed to do so, I also let them know that the bed was a bed bunk set but just not sitting on top of each other at that time so I requested that they replace with another bunk bed. I had to call them numerous times asking where is the replacement bed at as they ignored my calls and messages, I finally text another person and a bed arrived on August 28, 2022 by Amazon. I let them know I received the package and I will not use it because it will be a mix match set and I need bunk bed replacement to match. The supervisor finally reached out after I had to continuously keep asking with messages. She informed me by email that I never requested a bunk bed until later, I then emailed her back with screen shots of the text messages where I told the couselor that was a bunk bed he broke and a bunk bed needs to be replaced. I have not received an answer back after I sent the proof that I did tell him it was a bunk bed. I purchased a bunk bed out of my pocket that cost $300.00 on 9/8/2022 and I enclosed the receipt in the email with the proof text message, also I sent back the bed that I received on Sunday 8/28/2022 to a ups store to return to Amazon like I was told from the supervisor and they will give a $150.00 gift card. I feel it’s unfair they should have purchased a bunk bed like I asked, because they came inside my house and broke the child’s bed by sitting on it, due to him being a large individual over the weight limit sitting on a child’s bed.
