    June 19th: I paid $2,199 and $449.00 on 6.24 a revamped website and "Custom Template". The service was supposed to be finished by 6.29. I lodged explicit complaints on July 16th, July 24th, and September 12th to no avail. Here is a non exhaustive list of issues. Low Resolution/Compressed images: flagged on June 27th, July 12th, August 8th, August 22nd, September 5th, and September 11th On July 2nd the website went live without confirmation from myself or my assistant. In an act of complete carelessness, my name was listed on the landing page, but the page featured the work from the model/template website of another artist! This put me in an alarmingly unprofessional situation.WP introduced erroneous details: differing fonts, line spacing, boxes behind text, borders on images, new titles or language--elements that do not exist on Did not completely rely on my previous website as we directed 24xwp to do: titles of artworks were mixed up on homepage and other pages, repetition of artworks on homepages, artworks listed in random order on the category pages I was repeatedly informed that tasks were completed when in fact, they were not. Menial tasks, that should have taken a few minutes to complete, took one week, and at times, several weeks, due to misinformation. Without excruciatingly detailed instructions, no mistakes would be addressed.. It looks like I have been charged several times for the same service (Hosting + WP Protection + Plugin and Theme support + WP Technical Support). My first payment was supposed to cover five years, and yet I continue to be charged. On November 27th 2023 I was charged for PLATINUM WordPress ******************* Support [5 years] - (Hosting + WP Protection + Plugin and Theme support + WP Technical Support) $2,499.00 and for a Positive SSL - for next 5 years $395.00 And yet I was charged $299.00 08/14 for my website; paid $299.00 on 9/26 for WP Protection and paid again for Positive SSL on 9/27, and hosting on 9/27 for $145

    Additionally, we recognize that ******* assistant later joined the project and raised further concerns. We appreciate the input from her team and are committed to addressing all issues promptly.

    Regarding the billing concerns, we acknowledge the confusion surrounding the renewals. To maintain a positive relationship, we have processed a refund for the incorrect charges.

    Given the circumstances, we understand that our working relationship may not continue, but we genuinely regret that we could not meet ******* expectations. We wish her the best in her future endeavors.
