    Worst experience Ive ever had with a repair company. I brought in a game console and they mixed my parts up with another customers. They couldnt get their story straight about what exactly was missing. They expected me to order replacement parts myself instead of fixing the problem like they should. At one point I was told that they ordered replacement parts only to find out later they didnt. They never called to give me an update on what was going on. This all lasted two and a half months before they ordered a completely new console for me, but they didnt have anything saved on it like they told me they could. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, because clearly they dont know what theyre doing. They essentially destroyed my property and did the bare minimum to make it right.
