  If I could give American Web Coders a negative star I would. I regretfully hired AWC in March 2022 and paid them what they said a one time fee to design ($799.00) and host ($899.00) our website for 3 years. Then, in May 2023 I receive an email from them saying that we need to pay them another $799.00 to install an SSL certificate. We paid it. Now in March 2024 they are emailing us saying we need to pay them $699.00 for Spamware-Malware Framework. And they won't give us access to our website to take elsewhere for hosting even though they said we could in the very beginning. These people are scam artists. Our email is now not working and our website for booking has never worked properly. They refuse to fix it unless we pay them more. Every year they come up with some excuse for us to pay them more money. We haven't even been able to fully use our website since the very beginning. We ask them to remove the option to book online for simplicity and they refuse to do that either. I have asked for a refund if they will not fix it. Crickets. BUYER BEWARE. I highly recommend staying far away from this company. For the past 2 years, the voice on the phone sounds the same. They have passed us to "other" people, I assume to help cause confusion. And the guy who built our website in 2022 is conveniently no longer there. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, its probably a duck. This has SCAM written all over it. They are able to write false feedbacks to make it look like a company is good. WATCH OUT.

  Negative star, company has no idea on whats new and how things should work. Lies and up sell is the goal I wouldnt recommend them to do business in this area for anyone. I asked for a refund and was guilted and to given them other chance and then another chance and another chance just because I wanted my money back. Back that was the game play just for them to say was tried to revise so many times we cant give money back for that work. Lets make this clear it was times I didnt hear from them for weeks on in and and then weeks after that. Its was four month dealing with them on the first two weeks I asked for the refund. Work is not up to par. They ************** trash work so that they can take you on monthly payment to maintain the website. DONT NOT WORK WITH THEM. Thank me later

  AMERICAN WEB CODERS ARE A SCAM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER FINISH YOUR REQUEST. THEY HAVE A FAKE ADDRESS THE PUT ON THERE WEBSITE. THEY JUST CALLED ME TWO DAYS AGO. I ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE BILLING COMPANY STOLE ALL THE MONEY AND I SHOULD CALL MY BANK AND TELL THEM IT IS FRAUD. WHAT KIND OF COMANY WOULD TELL YOU THAT. IT COMMON SENSE THAT THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMAPNY AND ROBS PEOPLE OF THERE MONEY. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS COMAPNY IS IN BUSINESS ITS A JOKE. DONT USE THIS COMAPNY FOR IN WEB DEVELOPMENT ITS FAKE AND THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER REFUND YOU.

  They took my money and never provided me my website for my business still to this day. I been trying to get a refund of $1599.00. This company is a scam don't trust them. They are very rude and unprofessional. They will tell you lies and keep saying they will finish the product and never do and keep your money. The address that is provided on there website is fake. This is already a red flag for you. I can't tell you how unprofessional this company is there are so many reasons for you not to go to this company there are so many other web development companies out there please don't trust this one.

  Beware of this company. Do not use them for website services-its better to make the investment and pay a web developer-even someone learning web development and website design, to building your website. They will use delaying tactics, complicated development and engineering language that is vague and difficult-to-interpret regarding a service they are charging you for that means absolutely nothing! Its a bootstrapping tactic to enhance the visual appeal of the services they are providing and to increase the perceived authenticity of the same. I paid them on 11/2021 to start a website they claimed they could customized to my specifications. I used AWC particularly to save money where other companies were charging 10K+ for everything I needed-they claimed it would only cost $1450. To my consternation, and, over time, they introduced additional invoices for services they claimed they would needed to add since they would have to code those features-something they claimed wouldnt be necessary. However, being ignorant to development, I went with it. And the longer the time elapsed after 11/2021, the more they claimed they required without actually producing results. Today they website is broken and unusable. They didnt provide the product and even their Owner, "*********************" is recorded on my business phone to have agreed to a complete refund of $6000 and has essentially disappeared. I beg anyone who sees this-AVOID this company and pay the price for a website. Or else you will end up like me, filing chargebacks and wasting valuable time and investing more money with a developer I should have used from the get-go.

  SCAM! They deserve zero stars.I signed up with American Web Coders to make a simple business website. My so-called project manager didn't listen to me, did no original design, failed to fulfill the basics of the contract, and constantly tried to upsell me on features I didn't need or want. After some time I got sick of it and asked for a refund. It was never given. Instead, I was repeatedly told that in order to get what I wanted I had to pay more. And more, and more, and more. I was given a second project manager, but he was exactly the same as the first. Since I couldn't get a refund I thought maybe I could still get a decent website out of this. Wrong! Eventually, I started ducking my project manager's calls because I knew if I answered he would simply try to solicit more money out of me in order to provide a scant portion of what was advertised as the package I purchased. I repeatedly felt swindled by this company. This company is absolutely terrible. Do not work with them unless you have thousands upon thousands of extra dollars to **** away on subpar design and impersonal service. I've given up trying to get a refund. This is a stone you can't squeeze blood from, in spite of their clearly advertised "100% satisfaction guarantee". That is a lie, like everything else I've ever heard from American Web Coders. A thinly veiled sales pitch to steal more of their customers' money while providing absolutely nothing in return. If you're thinking of working with this crooks do yourself a favor and run away. Terribly fast.
