    I hired Royal 4 Systems to help me set up scanning software and invoicing to help me grow my business. I was made false promises from the company of what services they actually provide and what the software entailed. The system still doesn't work and they haven't come to finish the job. They have offered me no help in solving this situation. All of our training sessions were recorded by the company through virtual meetings. I paid thousands of dollars and have no working software that I was told would have all the capabilities I was promised. This seems like a complete scam. I cannot even locate any customers they claim they have had.

    Dear BBB,
    This matter is currently being arbitrated, at the initiation of Royal 4, for breach of written contract. Royal 4 maintains that pursuant to the written agreement between the parties, ************ agreed to pay Royal 4 for building a software system for a total of $27,000, with subscription services, including 3rd party software, at $1,245 for an initial subscription term of 36 months (totaling $44,820), to commence once the software was made available on the server for training purposes and data uploads. Royal 4 provided the software required under the contract, and the system is ready to go live. Royal 4 expended additional time and effort to provide additional support to ************, but ************ has failed to allocate the resources needed to train on the system and learn how to use it. This failure by ************ has been brought to its attention on a number of occasions by Royal 4, but ************ continues to refuse to participate in the process, and without this participation, no further work can be done. Moreover, the contact for ************, ***************************, has embarked on a defamation campaign against Royal 4,and has sent several harassing and threatening text messages to Royal 4 employees.
