Throughout our year-long collaboration, she not only comprehended my project's intricacies and my unique style but also unearthed resources and presented numerous unconventional options. Her service felt like having a dedicated concierge from start to finish. A skilled and organized designer, Noura effortlessly navigated the city's permit process, customizing my project with her creativity and ensuring meticulous *************************. Unlike **************** and designers I encountered, *****'s investment in my project stood outshe didn't treat me as just another project to finish quickly. While her prices are slightly higher, the value she delivers exceeds every dollar. I wholeheartedly recommend her for ADUs, home extensions, or remodels. Despite losing a previous deposit, the prompt guidance and support ***** provided have made this journey incredibly rewarding. Finding someone as honest and gifted in this industry as ***** has restored my faith in humanity. I'm thrilled about my new home and the endless possibilities it offers, all thanks to this decision.

  Noura designed my house, and she is outstanding on all levels the services that she provided is astonishing. She started by explaining everything in details process and design phase from rendering images and videos. I am honored. She is my designer with all her mission driven projects I would highly recommend her.

  "I had a very negative personal experience working with NPB Design Studio and ***********************. I hired them to remodel my home and make the bathroom handicap accessible. However, I was forced to abandon my construction project approximately half way through, when the building contractors and another professional designer informed me of substantial design errors, and missing details, including missing ceiling and flooring details. As a result, I was forced to pay for an additional designer company to fix the errors and then resume construction costing me tens of thousands. A City Inspector also found errors in the remodel designs. While *********************** demonstrated administrative organization, I encountered difficulties with the practical aspects of the designs, such as insufficient space in a handicap bathroom she planned. Upon pointing out these issues, our interactions became strained and unproductive. In hindsight, working with this company proved to be a regrettable decision. The plans also appeared to lack both practicality and originality. There were concerns about the accuracy of measurements, and doubts arose regarding how the designs had been created and I was concerned that they may have been copied from another source as they did not properly match my home's measurements.I would advise caution and thorough research when considering NPB Studio and ****************, as my experience has led me to wonder about the accuracy of her credentials. It is recommended to explore other options for design services."
