I havent seen a test or anything. When I called the number , the woman refused to give me her name and cussed me out for asking if it was a scam. Refusing to give me any way to log in. So Im out my money and I dont even have a corporate number or any way to report this .

I bought the link for DSD online. Contacted the seller, the seller gave me a link. Once I got on the link filled out the information the page stated that I did not complete a quiz. Upon registration there were no quizzes. I contacted the seller again. The seller gave me a link to my email address. I used that link once again it was stating that I was not registered and there was not a Person with my name in the class. After multiple attempts, trying to resolve this issue with the seller. The seller stated that I did not read the instructions in which no instructions for this class or logging on or registering were given. It was just a link. I attach all the pictures. I see that this person is using multiple websites with the same phone number doing the same thing to other people. One of the pictures attached is just that comment after requesting a refund, the seller blocked my phone number. I did start a claim through PayPal, which is the payment management. The seller refused the claim, and the claim is being handled through PayPal at this time. I did not use the service. I was not able to get on the link. I was not able to use the course in which I have paid for.

I applied for this course and was sent an email stating that I had access and could begin the online program. I opened my email the next day, following the instructions given. The link was just bringing me to the main website page and asking me to make a purchase for the course, which I did the day before. I called the phone number provided and told the lady what had happened. I said "It's just telling me to pay more money." She says, "It dosen't tell you anything." I said "It seems you know what I mean, considering you were able to answer me and address what I'm saying." She said I was yelling at her and I have no right to speak to her that way and need to call back when I'm in a better mood and we'll talk. I tried back and she blocked my number. I paid $99 for this course, and have been unable to use it. Yes there was a paper we had to sign covering her a$$ for any games she may try to pull on people, but I don't believe that all these things listed apply if we are not given access to the school. I would like a refund of my $99 dollars please. Buyer Beware!!

The woman claims to give you a DSD Certification online and 24 hours of contact hours. She is a scam artist and also has another page up dsdcertification.com with the same BRN # 15948. I paid the $99, she sent me the registration, I filed it out and emailed it back. I received an activation link and signed up for an account but the account never let me in the course. It says, sorry you don't have access. She was very rude to me on the phone and telling me it was my fault for not checking my email. My email was correct but she argued that she doesn't care about your not understanding and she doesn't have time for that. Save your money and don't fall for the scam. Before I signed up she was so nice on the phone and sounded so professional and as though she knew what she was talking about.
