    This lab is sending me Covid 19 tests that I did not order and billing ******** $288.00 for them. I have called ******** to report the fraud. This is not the only lab that is doing this.

    ******** was billed for a nonprescription Covid-19 test in my name . I did not receive the test and had never heard of this lab. I contacted ********'s Fraud Division and reported the suspected fraud and learned that this business had billed ******** for two more such tests in my name. I have received none of the tests.

    I keep seeing that ******** is being billed for COVID-19 test that I never received and never requested. This is some kind of fraud going on.

    I am receiving Covid test kits from this company and I did not order them. They are billing my ****************** for the kits and again I did not order them. This company needs to be stopped as they are sending out the kids without anyone ordering them they are just making money off of ******** April 17 and May 8 are the dates that they put on the ******** statements. I have also filed a complaint with ******** on these. I have sent them back with a request that I did not order these.

    I've noticed that my ******** is billed for the services that were never requested/never provided. Th lab is in totally different state, I've never ordered/used any Covid tests/never requested them. Data of service: April 26. 2023, billed $288.00 by, BIOGNOMICS LAB LLC, paid by ******** on May 2, 2023 in the amount of $96.00 for service never provided(i.e. for 8 COVID tests billed as "K1034 - Provision Of Covid-19 Test, Nonprescription Self-Administered Self-Collected Use, **********". The company doesn't have a website or an email address. It looks like a typical case of fraud.
